What Contren AI collects, why, and what we never do with it.

Who we are
Contren AI, operated by Abhishek Rai, B2, DLF Building, 2nd Floor, HSR Layout, Sector 7, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560102, India. The service is reached at contrenai.com; every enquiry is answered at info.contrenai@gmail.com or +91 62011 79315. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Google, Reddit or any other platform named on this site.
We never ask for your other accounts' passwords
Contren reads publicly available signals. We do not ask for, and will never ask for, the password of your social, e-mail, bank or any other third-party account. If a page claiming to be Contren asks you for one, it is not us — report it to us at info.contrenai@gmail.com.
What we collect
The account details you give us: name, e-mail address and a password you choose (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form). The keywords, niches and competitors you ask us to watch. Usage records — which screens you opened and which reports you generated — so we can operate limits and support you. If you buy a plan, the payment is handled by our payment gateway; we receive a confirmation and an invoice reference, never your card number.
What we do with it
We use your details to run your account, produce the trend, competitor and content outputs you request, enforce plan limits, answer support requests and send service notices about your account. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your watch lists, competitors or generated content with other customers.
Where the signals come from
Trend and competitor signals are gathered from public sources — public posts, public profiles, public search and news feeds and the public APIs those platforms publish. We do not access private accounts, private messages or anything behind a login that is not yours.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. Close your account and we delete or anonymise it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, at info.contrenai@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also withdraw consent to marketing e-mail at any time; service e-mail about your own account continues while the account is open.
Cookies
We set a session cookie so you stay signed in, and we keep a small amount of local data for preferences such as your last-used filters. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Security
Traffic is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to production data is limited to the people who operate the service. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you.
