Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Contren AI, operated by Abhishek Rai, B2, DLF Building, 2nd Floor, HSR Layout, Sector 7, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560102, India, reached at info.contrenai@gmail.com or +91 62011 79315. Creating an account means you accept them.
What the service does
Contren gathers publicly available signals about topics, creators and brands, scores them, and generates content drafts — hooks, titles, scripts, outlines and thumbnails — from what it finds.
What it does not do
Contren is not affiliated with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Google, Reddit or any other platform, and does not act on your behalf on any of them. It does not post for you, does not log in to your accounts and does not ask for their passwords.
Your account
One person per account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us at once if you think someone else has it.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and renew unless cancelled. Cancel from your billing settings; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. Limits are per plan and are shown before you buy.
Refunds
If the service does not work as described, write to info.contrenai@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with what went wrong. We investigate and, where the fault is ours, refund the unused part of the period to the original payment method.
Accuracy — read this one
Signals and scores are estimates built from public data, and generated content is a draft produced by a language model. Both can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you publish it or act on it commercially. Contren does not guarantee reach, views, revenue or ranking of any kind.
Your content
What you write into Contren stays yours. Drafts Contren generates for you are yours to use. You are responsible for checking that what you publish is lawful and does not infringe someone else's rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use Contren to produce material that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or that impersonates a person or a brand; do not resell raw access to the service; do not attempt to break, scrape or overload it. We may suspend an account that does.
Liability
The service is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose.
